WORKING PRINCIPLE
Attention please:
1. How to choose Rice Rubber Rolls: please consider the rice types, climate conditions and difference of
different seasons when you choose the rubber rollers.
2. Color available: normally we have white, brown, amber colors. We also accept customized color if you have the demand.
3.Temperature and Hardness Control: The proper hardness is shore A 82-86℃, and the temperature is below 50℃. When the temperature reaches above 60℃, the hardness of roller should be reduced 4-8℃
4. Alternative use of rice rubber rolls is recommended:
A: It can increase the lifespan of roller and milled rice rate.
B: Each roller has break time during the working, which is good for recovering the function of rubber. Adjusting the speed
difference upon different diameters, and controlling the temperature effectively.
5. Two rollers should be installed at the same level to keep the space equal. Try to avoid to use the single roller. Please keep balance when inputting the paddy.
6. Keep the rate of the re-hulling under the limitation
7. Storage:
A: Avoid the direct sun shine or soaked in the rain and snow.
B: Keep away from the heating device about 1.5m.
C: Store in dry and clean place, away from acid, alkali, salt, oil and organic solvent.
D. Keep the room temperature 10-30℃, comparative moisture 50-80℃
E. Keep in vertical position.
F. No other materials pressure on it, no hitting to avoid deformation and damage
different seasons when you choose the rubber rollers.
