Q: What is the difference between soft enamel and imitation hard enamel?
The paint material for soft enamel and imitation hard enamel is different which will lead to different production process. While baking, gas in soft enamel will be volatilizedand cause the surface recess.But surface for imitation hard enamel will be raised after baking, therefore it needs polishing process and the surface will be the same layer as the metal. In this reason, products in soft enamel could addepoxy but imitation hard enamel could not.
Q: what is the MOQ or products?
We do customer design, so we do not have MOQ, but we advice no less than 50pcs,then price is more favorable.
Q:How to tell the product is for 2D or 3D design?
2D product is for totally flat surface, if the logo is a little bit of arched, it will be 3D design.The cost for 2D and 3D products are not the same, the 3D effect will base on our craft.
Q: Dol need pay the mold cost again when reorder?
Normally we keep your mold for 2 years, during this time, you no need pay the same mold cost again.
Q:I already offered the vector file for production, why you send the reviseartwork to me?
Your design may not 100% suitable for producing, therefore we will make the revise dart work according to consideration of real production.The design may need to be modified or simplified.
