Centralized control system of the production line, it can control all the machine in one box.
Button type control panel, easy to operation. Save labor cost and easy to operation.
2. Automatic frying time and temperature control.
Frequency conversion system, it can control mesh belt speed and control the products frying time.
The fryer will stop heating while oil temperature reach preset temperature. And start heating automatically once oil temperature lower than preset temperature.
3. Automatic lift up device, easy to cleaning and maintenance.
The belt and exhaust fume collecting hood can lift-up automatically separately or together. It is convenient to cleaning and maintenance.
Lift up device use lead screw lift system. It is safety, save space and good looking appearance.
4. Customized Conveyor Belt Construction Based on Customer Demands
The conveyor belt can be single belt, double belt, belt with wheels, PTEF belt, ect.
5. Automatic oil level control
The fryer equipped with oil level detection device. While oil level is less, the pump will start work to adding fresh oil into fryer, maintain oil level stability.
