A: Our MOQ is 2000 pieces per color for stainless steel items, 3000 pieces per color for plastic items.

A: Sure, if you need the samples in your own design, we need to charge for sampling. And the charge can be refunded after your order confirmed. Besides, the freight charge should be collected in your own Fedex, UPS, or DHL account.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days; If you need your own design, it takes around 2 weeks. Anyway. we will response quickly after getting your design.
Q: How long is the production time?
A: For plastic items, the production lead time will takes about 35-45 days; for stainless steel items, it will takes about 50-60 days.
Q: What format of the file do you need if to custom my own design?
A: We need your design in AI file.
