Description



















Frame plate
The material is made of Q235A steel plate with overall numerical control cutting, and the surface is sandblasted.






Oil cylinder
The material of the oil cylinder is high quality QT500-7, ductile iron QT-500 is passivated after aging, or forging material is used, tensile strength ≥50kgf/mm


The plunger is made of LG-P chilled alloy material, which has high surface hardness and is not easy to wear. The depth of the chilled layer is 8-15mm and the hardness is HRC 70 degrees, which improves the overall service life of the plunger.
Die entry and exit rail (if equipped):
The sliding surface is made of S50# steel, and has been heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 55-58. It has a long wear-resistant life and is equipped with a bearing design to make the entry and exit molds slide stably.


Hydraulic system:
The main hydraulic components adopt well-known brands such as Taiwan Qiyang, Beijing Huade, Yuyan, etc., easy to buy and replace, reasonable layout, and easy to maintain and repair.
Electrical system:
The main PLC electrical components of this machine adopt Mitsubishi's internationally well-known brands. The electrical device has the advantages of small size, compact structure, fatigue resistance, and is suitable for continuous high-strength work.
Heat insulation board:
The heat insulation board adopts high-quality calcium silicate board, with a pressure resistance of 3.5Mpa or more, and a heat insulation coefficient of 0.031.
