Q: What is the minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
A: Normally 500pcs/item. Trial orders and further requests can be negotiated.
Q: Can I order one sample?
A: Sure. Sample is provided by reasonable charges,the sample charge will be refund after the order is placed.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A: Maximum 50 days after receiving the relevant payment, samples is 5-10 working days around.
Q:What is the payment terms?
A:30% by TT as deposit, the balance 70% upon the copy of bill of lading. L/C is also acceptable.
Q: Can we do OEM brand?
A: Yes. OEM is available for brands and packages.
Q:Packing?
A:Bubble bag ,cloth bag ,white color or designed color box as customers' requirement
Q:Shipping ?
A:we have the long-term cooperation shipping company ,shipping is fast,safetly ,unbroken . In general ,we transfer goods by sea to save cost. If you are in urgent ,we can consider by air.
