Question: What is the background light and indicate light?
Answer: By default, the background light is in blue or green color when the switch panel is powered on, and the indicate light is in red color when each circuit is powered on.
Question: Can I turn off the background light?
Answer: No. The background light can not be turned off.
Question: What is Toggle, Momentary, and Pulsed Mode?
Answer: Accessories 1-8 of the switch panel can be operated as Toggle, Momentary or Pulsed Mode. By default, the switch panel comes out of the box set for Toggle Mode. Toggle Mode, which means pressing the circuit or button on the switch panel once to power on the connecting LED lights and press it again to turn it off. Momentary Mode, the connected LED light will be lighted up each time you press the circuit or the button, and when you relax your finger the light will be shut off. Exactly like the case of a horn use. Pulsed Mode, this is when you press the button the connected LED light will be lighted up and keep flashing or strobing, press the button again to turn it off.
Question: What is Group function?
Answer: Generally speaking, when operating the switch panel, users need to press down each circuit or button to power on or off the connected LED lights or car electronic devices. For instance, if all eight circuits are connected with auxiliary LED lights, users need to do eight times pressing to turn on or off the LED lights. But with this group function set up via phone app operation, things are different. For instance, user could make group NO. 1 for all front mounted LED lights from your vehicle, group NO. 2 for all rear reverse backup mounted lights, and so forth, maximum 4 different groups. And when the user press any circuits or buttons from group NO. 1, all front mounted lights will be turned on or off at the same time. And vice versa for the rest 3 groups.
Question: Why should I connect the red color smaller positive cable to the Ignition Power, or say ACC? Why not directly to the battery positive post?
Answer: Avoid draining off the battery power when the vehicle is powered off.
Question: If I turn on the ON/OFF button, will it remember my last setting after I restart my vehicle?
Answer: Yes, it does.
Question: Is the switch panel and circuit control box waterproof?
Answer: Yes, it's waterproof.
Question: How many amps can you run per switch?
Answer: 2 Rated at 5amps, 2 at 10A, 2 at 20A and 2 at 30amps.
Question: Can I switch the fuse of 30amps to the position of 5 amps circuit?
Answer: This is not recommended. Each circuit is fixed with maximum current.
Question: How do you connect to the connectors numbered 1-8?
Answer: The control box itself has the connection pieces already made on it, just slide your wires in and squash the connection pieces.
Question: How do you pack my orders?
Answer: There are 3 layer protection. The first layer is the PE foam or film wrap or air bubble bag, the second layer is small size inner box, and the last protection is one bigger size outside carton box.
Question: Does sample order acceptable?
Answer: Yes, paid sample order for product quality testing is acceptable and welcomed. But after that, there will be small minimum order requirement to keep a long term business relationship.
