Mast section main chord and cross brace we choose strong design, which is high quality standards than common products.
High performance of Driving Motor and Gearbox Assembly Mechanism
Except the [email protected], Mast Sections, Driving Mechanism is also the most important parts of passenger hoist. It is the Force source of whole cage, and the driving mechanism working condition effect cage and mast sections structure. So, we pay each manufacturing details for the Driving mechanism too !

The electrical system is the CPU Of Construction hoist materials lift, it determine the hoist's normal service. ① PLC system without inverter, it adopt PLC for soft start-up, simple, easy operation and cost saving. ② VFC control system, It keeps the hoist running smoothly during whole working period, protect whole structure and electrics from shock. World famous electrical components and Frequency Inverter application to ensure stable quality. We take care the connection point strong combination and avoid dust. One by one is tested before ex-work.

Main chord tube accurate dimensions is an key factor for whole mast quality. So we Adopt CNC Machine keep all mast sections in same dimension level, and use jig to inspect 10% among tubes !
We adopt Robot welding for Mast sections
Welding quality is an key factor for whole mast quality. So we Adopt Robot welding to keep all mast sections in same high quality welding level !
CNC bending and CNC milling machine adopt
Accurate dimension for every parts is the essential for whole Product quality. So we Adopt CNC machine for materials cutting, milling process, keep each semi parts in high quality level !

Raw Materials, Semi finished materials QC：We have special management for the semi finished product warehouse . All the Semi products past inspection, then it can be delivery to the warehouse.
Welding Quality & Structure QC:Mast section, Cage or cabin, driving mechanism, wall tie ect. should be check for welding defects, dimensions after welding, Surface quality after welding, and installation test after welding.
Finished Parts QC: Dimension, plane surface, verticallity, Assembly fit
Whole equipment factory running test: Each construction lifter must be take factory running test and a quality report provided before ex-factory.
