We do not have a minimum order quantity for many of the items we currently offer. On the other hand, to achieve the most economical bilateral costs, we strongly recommend you to order one pallet at least by sea shipment(for 11oz mugs, it would be 1800pcs).
If your order quantity is much less than one pallet we will have to deliver them by air courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT etc,. The shipping freight is based on total weight or total volume, we will choose the best one based on your full list.

Yes, we provide samples for your confirmation. We can provide you free samples
with the value less than US$5. Any sample required beyond this value will be charged. Also you are required to pay for the sample delivery cost by DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, or FedEx. We normally provide you two pieces for one item: one blank for your own testing and another one as a spare.

We make delivery mainly by sea freight, it costs around 1 month from China to West Europe and North American, and about 15 days to Southeast Asia.
However, if your order quantity is too small we have no choice but to deliver them by air courier, then you can receive them faster, usually it’s door to door service. If you have your own account # or shipping agent, please provide directly, we can contact them to pick up your order.
