1. Wire rotary machine adopts Taiwan computer control system and Japanese servomotor, which has the characteristics of easy operation, high speed and high precision.
2. The five axis are cam axis, wire feeding axis, rotary wire axis, rotary quill axis, and spinner axis(optional accessory). The five axis can be operated synchronously. The position of each axis, the length of the wire feed, the production speed, and the number of production can be displayed on the screen. It is very easy to edit and modify the program data online.
3. The cam part has eight sets of slides, crank arm and CAM rotating axis. The wire feeding system is installed horizontally behind the machine. The wire rotary axis can control the rotation of wire, making the speed of high-difficulty special-shaped spring adjustment easier and faster.The rotating quill axis can be rotated positively or negatively, and the spinner device is installed on the slide.
