A: Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC
to inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
Q2. What's the bag lead time?
A: Our sample lead time is 7-10 days, and bulk production time is 25-45 days when we receive the deposit and confirm the
pre-production sample with the customer.
Q3. Can I have my own logo on the bag?
A: Yes, we warmly welcome your own logo, the logo can stamp, laser and engrave, etc.Please inform us formally before our
production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4: How to proceed an order for bag?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send bag with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will
repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
