Q4: Should I choose magnetic buzzers or piezo buzzers?
FUET:Magnetic buzzer is powered by electrical current. Its acoustic vibration is produced by electro-magnetic force, which increases as current increases. On the other hand, piezo buzzer is powered by electrical voltage. Its acoustic vibration is produced by piezoelectric force, which increases as voltage increases.
Clients are advised to decide according to their circuit characteristics, and what type of energy they expect to drive our
buzzers.

Q5: Should I choose passive type or active type regarding buzzers?
FUET:Acoustic vibration is produced by alternating current or voltage, which implies buzzer’s power input has to be alternating current, which serves as audio signal as well. For passive type, clients power them with AC audio signal generated by external audio modules or oscillators; For active type, since they have built-in oscillator with fixed frequency, clients power them with DC power source. The DC source is later processed into AC audio signal by transducers’ built-in circuits.Thus, if clients provide AC audio signal, then we recommend passive type; if clients provide DC power source, then we recommend active type.
