WT series dual shaft shredder can meet the waste recycling requirements of various industries, including automobile tires, wood, wire, plastic, metal etc. The shredded material can be directly recycled or further crushed according to demand.It adopts the principle of two shaft shearing, and realizes the fine decomposition of materials through the shearing, tearing and squeezing actions of the blades.
The shredder blades can be customized depending on the material need to be processed. Two counter rotating shafts with special design blades and spacer combs placed between blades and attached to shredding chamber walls cut material into pieces with great force.

1. The discharge port is designed without screen, which greatly improves the shredding efficiency. Each rotor is driven by independent motor and planetary gear reducer with large torque, stable performance.
2. The hydraulic feeding device can be customized, micro PLC for auto control of start and stop, co-rotation and reversal rotation of rotors while overload.
3. Blade could be customized according to different application. The blade material includes 60Si2Mn, H13, D2, and the structure has split type and integral type for option. Single claw or multiple claw blades are optional according to different materials and requirements for high efficiency.
