Description





A.Introduce:
This machine is the main machine of the liquid filling line, which can complete the actions of filling, feeding, plugging, capping, etc. The main machine is filled with stainless steel pump, accurate measurement, with positioning and stopper function, reliable stopper, automatic cover , Three-blade forced capping. Meets GMP requirements and is easy to operate.

B.Working principle
1.Workflow: bottle unscrambling-- bottle washing (optional)-- filling-- adding dropper/(adding plug -- adding cap)-- screw
2.capping--self adhesive labeling/shrink sleeve labeling (optional) --ribbon printing/inkjet printing (optional)-- cartoning
3.(optional).
4. This machine uses a mechanical arm to screw caps, equipped with automatic sliding device, to prevent damage to the cap.
5.Peristaltic pump or piston pump filling, accurate measurement, easy to control.
6.Filling system has function of suck back, liquid no drip .
7.Color touch screen display, PLC control system, no bottle no filling (only peristaltic pump)/ no adding plug/ no capping.
8.The whole line is compact, high speed, high degree of automation, save the manpower cost.
9.Main electrical elements adopt foreign well-known brands.
10.Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean, machine meets GMP requirements.
