The semi-automatic pneumatic paste liquid filling machine is the latest paste and liquid filling equipment developed by our company.
The equipment is based on the advanced filling machine technology at home and abroad to upgrade and innovate the product, pro-new horizontal design, light and convenient.
The equipment adopts pneumatic components (cylinder) and piston push rod structure, self-operating cylinder forms a vacuum chamber, and negative pressure absorption material.
Therefore, it can be filled with materials with poor viscosity and fluidity.

One head semi-automatic paste filling machine
This machine adopts piston push rod structure, when the cylinder produces strong force to drive the piston head.
When the main cylinder pulls back the plug port to open the valve and the outlet valve closes, the material will be sucked into the cylinder due to the memorized pressure in the cylinder, resulting in a suction stroke.
After the suction stroke is completed, the master cylinder pushes the piston, the inlet valve is closed, and the outlet valve is opened. The bore is introduced into the cylinder piston port.
Fill the container through the discharge port, and the filling stroke.
