This machine is designed for separating twisted wires on all types of cables and straighten them. Can be used for straightening wires for various of braiding cable wires, shielded wires, cable wires, stranded wires. It is widely used in the network cable, Ethernet cable, and patch cord production.
The ethernet cables straightener tool works much like a comb. With a swiping motion, the machine effectively untwists and straightens the pairs. After straightening, the cable will be easier to crimp crystal head or other following operation.

4. How do we install and operate the machine?
Small Machine: The user can install and adjust the machine according to the Manual and video of how to install and set the machine. If customers really need we can make exceptions on-site service (expense will be borne by customers).
Large full automatic machine: We will arrange engineers on-site installation, testing, and adjustment of equipment. Please check with us about the details.
