Magnetic separation equipment is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size less than 3mm and iron removal of coal, non-metallic ore, building materials and other materials. The magnetic system is made of high-quality ferrite material or composite with rare earth magnetic steel with the average magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface is 100 ~ 600Mt.

Magnet Separator Working Principle
After the pulp flows into the tank body through the feeding box, the ore particles enter into the feeding area of the tank body under the action of the water flow of the feeding spout. Under the action of the magnetic field, the magnetic particles are magnetically aggregated to form a "magnetic group" or "magnetic chain". The "magnetic group" or "magnetic chain" moves to the magnetic pole in the slurry and is adsorbed on the cylinder.
