The new CO2 laser code printer is a highly integrated, compact, easy to operate and cheap to use and maintain.It is not only applicable to the carton, food, medicine industry in the simple marking code application, but also very suitable for the beverage industry production date marking, and optimize the use in the beverage industry.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
It is mainly composed of laser generator, deflection galvanometer, photoelectric sensor, main controller and power supply. PAIMA 60 series laser marking machine is the latest application of dynamic laser marking control system.The system is equipped with software and hardware functions to control the motion precision parameters, synchronously track the fast-moving workpiece and control the laser output, and mark when the production line moves rapidly and the workpiece nonstop. Markers are both dot and vector.It can run continuously 24 hours at the working site.

Water treatment system includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.
Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc.
Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.

Shrink wrapping machine
PE film Shrink wrapping machine is suitable for wrapping of such prkducts as mineral water, bottles beer, drinks etc without bottom-tyay (or with bottom-tray). Working with PE shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly. The whole producing process adopt the Germany aduanced technics.
