Depending on the NO/NO2 content in the exhaust gas, two important main SCR reactions are distinguished:



  • Without NO2: Standard SCR:
    4 NH3 + 4 NO + O2 → 4 N2 + 6 H2O
     

  • With NO2: Fast SCR:
    4 NH3 + 2 NO + 2 NO2 → 4 N2 + 6 H2O

Features


WFEC has developed SCR catalysts for meeting NOx emission control both of mobile and stationary applications. Depending on different application scene, WFEC can provide matched wash-coated products including Fe/zeolite (450~620 oC), Cu/Zeolite (190~550 oC), vanadium-based metal oxides (230~470oC) and Mn-containing oxide catalysts (130~250 oC).
