16-63MM Diameter Customized Plastic PVC Pipe Production Line
PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce PVC pipe for water supply, drainage, cable tube and wall thickness tube. This line consists of twin conical screw extruder, vacuum calibration, cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker and etc. Extruder and haul-off unit adopt high reputation brand ABB inverter, vacuun pump and driving motor adopt excellent ones. The haul-off machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type etc. Saw cutting or planetary cutting can be applied,and the planetary cutting machine is full automatic control, easy operation and reliable quality.
