Sure. we could provide free sample for quality test before bulk order, but sample freight collect.

Q2. What is the normal lead time?
For stocked bottles, arrange the shipping in 12-72 hours after received payment. For custom bottles, arrange the shipping in 7- 20 days after received payment.

Q3. How to control the bottles quality?
We have the professional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and test the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.

Q4. What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a.Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15 days after you get the goods.
b.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
