Product Description




working principle
After shaking and feeding, the product is evenly distributed to two large strong magnetic rollers. Firstly, the cleanliness of non-magnetic materials is ensured. Secondly, the purity of magnetic materials absorbed is not high, and non-magnetic materials and some intermediate products (non-magnetic materials containing iron - adhesive) will be mixed. Then, it will be purified by medium magnetic roller for five times. In the process of five times of purification, some mixed non-magnetic materials will fall back to the non-magnetic area in turn.




Separable Materials:
The iron powder content is high, and all crushing purification processes mixed with aluminum pin, aluminum chip, copper powder, copper wire, copper bran, grinding wheel ash and shot blasting ash are applicable to materials with high difficulty in purifying iron.
