CK7520 series CNC lathes——its strength, dynamic and static rigidity, mechanical structure of main parts, guard and coolant system are all advanced in design. This series of lathe with high vibration strength, adopts high grade cast iron, integrated bed and base, slant guide ways, and a high-precision through-hole spindle driven by large-field AC main motor. Key parts like bearings of main spindle and that of feeding screw are all of famous brands. The multi-station turret rotates fast and continuously with a high repeatability and changes tool in nearest path. The lathe can be equipped with FANUC 0i-TD, FANUC 0i Mate-TD, Siemens 810D, 802D, DASEN 3i, etc. The hydraulic parts, lubrication units and chucks are all good in quality.
The lathe adopts unique appearance, easy-operated panel, and full-enclosed guard which can prevent the leakage of water. It is the most powerful model in its class due to the large power, excellent accuracy and high efficiency.
1. Wide span high-grade cast iron saddle and slide ensure large load and heavy cut.
2. Plastic-coated ways ensure small dynamic and static friction force.
3. Rapid traverse rate of X and Z axis is up to 12m/min and 16m/min.
4. The spindle runs in precision large diameter angular contact ball bearings and double -row cylindrical roller bearings, driven by heavy servo motor, ensuring extreme stiffness and large torque at low speed.
5. DM 12-station horizontal power turret from Italy ensures high accuracy, high rigidity and short tool change time.
6. Well sealed electric cabinet together with air conditioner inside guarantees correct operation of the control in high temperature and humidity ambient.
