1. Compliant standards:

1.1 Comply with GB/T2406.2-2009 "Plastics—Determination of flammability by oxygen index" and JIS7201, BS2782, ANSI/ASTM, D2863, ISO4589-2:1996 test standards.

2. Scope of application:

2.1 It's applicable to strip or sheet materials with sample thickness less than 10.5mm that can self-supporting upright, and also suitable for homogeneous solid materials, laminates, foam materials, soft sheets and film materials with apparent density greater than 100kg/m³ and some foam materials with an apparent density of less than 100 kg/m³, and a test method for sheet-like materials or films that can be self-supporting upright is provided for judging the ease of combustion of materials in contact with flame in air.

3.1 Oxygen concentration (oxygen index): direct reading by digital display. Resolution: 0.1%.

3.2 Air supply pipeline: flow meter, pressure gauge and needle valve.

3.3 Combustion cylinder: Quartz glass cylinder, inner diameter: 75mm, height: 450mm

3.4 Ignition: dedicated propane hand-held electronic electric firearm. Using a copper tube with a diameter of 2.0mm, the flame can be adjusted to spray 16mm±4mm vertically downward from the outlet.

3.5 Glass beads: φ4.5mm, filling height 95mm

3.6 Specimen clamps: one set of hard self-supporting material and one set of soft material clamp

3.7 Gas source: Oxygen and nitrogen with a purity of more than 98% (provided by the buyer)

3.8 Power requirements: AC220 (±10%) V/50HZ.

for commissioning at customer's place. The air tickets and

accommodations are covered by our customer. Besides, we

A: Usually, all the machines are packed by wooden case. For

small machines and components, it is packed by carton.
