How to use?
Place light therapy pads on a clean and tidy hard surface, connect accessories and power supply, adjust the inflatable pillow. Under head turn on the timer switch to make the light therapy pads work. Lie on the light therapy pads, relax and enjoy red & infrared light therapy.
