Q: How can we get samples before placing the formal order?
A: We can dispatch free samples for quality reference on customer DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account.
Q: Can your product pass food grade test?
A: All our products can pass test, we can also produce LFGB and DGCCRF standard products.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We usually follow T/T 30% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L. If you want to do L/C at sight, it is acceptable.
Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock, within 7days after receiving your payment. For customized colors, the delivery time is 25-35 days after receiving your payment. That is dependent on the total quantity required.
