Working principle of FL Fluid Bed Granulators / Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator / Fluid-Bed Granulator
The machine is composed of main machine, air handling system, heating system, exhaust and dust filter system etc. When it works, the materials enter the hopper of the fluid bed dryer. Set the procedures and parameters according to process requirements and the machine will start working. After filtered by the air handling system and heated by the heating system, the air enters the main machine. After the materials are fluidized by hot air, the moisture is evaporated rapidly and the materials are dried instantly.
After the operations are completed according to the set procedures and parameters, the material silo is pushed out and assembled onto the lifting and turning granule sizing machine for lifting discharging, so as to effectively control dust pollution and cross contamination.
