1. EPS Foaming-Cup Production Line is widely applied in producing large amount of hot coffee cup, hot tea cup, hot soup blow, noodle tub and other food and beverage packing .

Production Process




The main process of EPS foam cup production is illustrated as below:
1. To boil water for getting water steam at certain press, meanwhile to mix the EPS resin with the agent (ZnSt) according to the given proportion.

2. To forward the mixed material into the Pre-foaming Machine and input water steam at the same time so as to swell the granule diameter of resin to given size.

3. To vibrate the pre-foamed material and store it for several hours.

4. To form EPS cups with the pre-foamed material after keeping on storage for several hours.

5. To pack these finished EPS cups with certain size plastic packaging bags.

* Mold materials: up mold cavity inside: 316# stainless steel with forging, this material is anti-rusty. Stainless steel is
easy for de-molding and also the product surface will be more smooth.
* Up mold cavity outside: 52# yellow brass (copper) with forging
* Down mold cavity inside and outside: 52# yellow brass (copper) with forging
* Our mold manufacturing accuracy is 0.03 mm. Other companies are about 0.05 mm.
