1000C-1700C Electric Melting Furnace for Glass Ceramic and Metal is consists of high quality inported Morgan materials fiber bricks with Novel appearance,the shell is made of good quality steel profiles,surface spray,quick heating,anti-corrosion,inside and outside the double oven stes,the surface temperature is low,equipped with air cooling ,cooling speed reasonable circuit design,microcomputer control,double circuit protection(over-temperature,over voltage,over current,even paragraphs,powers,etc.)

The high temperature melting furnace is to place a funnel-type crucible in the furnace, and put the good frit material directly into the crucible from the top. The bottom of the crucible has a circular hole flow mouth, and the flow hole at the bottom of the crucible is sealed with a long plug rod.  Electric heating, the plug rod in the state of downward pressure (under its own gravity) during heating, and flow hole sealing contact, to ensure that the heating process is not leakage.  When the heating is finished, pull the plug upward and start feeding.  On the contrary, if the plug rod is loosened, the flow of material is stopped.  If different flow rates are needed, different diameters of short plug and long plug rod can be used to control the whole set.  When the temperature rises to the specified temperature, the frit melts into a molten state and automatically flows into the container below through the flow hole (there is a hole at the bottom of the crucible).
