Silicon carbide flat sheet membrane produced by SiHYFLUX is a flat sheet structure with external coating, and its fltration accuracy is 0.1~0.4 um, with the characteristics of high strength and high hydrophilicity, especially its unique advantages in MBR and municipal tap water process, makes it become the focus of development and application.
Flat sheet membrane is used in submerged filtration system for material filtration separation or membrane bioreactor. The membrane is operated by immersion, with negative pressure suetion, driving water flow through the membrane layer from the outside to the inside, and the tiny particles are blocked by the membrane layer to achieve the purpose of material separation. And after being blocked, the biochemical substance is attached to the surface of the membrane layer to form a biological filter cake layer, which realizes the function of the membrane bioreactor.
Process and application
The silicon carbide flat membrane modules are composed of several parallel membranes. The immersion filtration is adopted. The membrane modules are completely immersed in the membrane tank. The membrane layer is collected into the production tank through the water collection channel.
Silicon carbide flat membranes can be used in MBR projects and have more excellent properties, including high filtration flux, strong anti-pollution ability, and long service life, It can be used for advanced treatment of various sewage resources.
