* Equipment Description
Model HG2M5020WB-6B Belt polishing machine is a kind of equipment for grinding the outer round surface of steel bar. The machine
tool mainly consists of six sets of sand belt (grinding wheel) grinding head assembly, conveying wheel mechanism, drive pressure
wheel assembly, automatic loading mechanism, automatic unloading mechanism, overall shield, circulation system, pneumatic system,
electrical control system, etc. The grinding process of the equipment: the bars are laid on the loading platform, then the loading
mechanism sends the bars to the conveying wheels, the wheels convey the bar to the grinding area driven by rotating press wheels ,
pass through 2 grinding wheel heads and 4 grinding belt heads. After the whole bar enters the conveying wheels in the unloading
area, bar is discharged through the unloading mechanism. When the diameter of bar is different, adjust the spacing between
conveying wheels to adapt to different diameters.
