Description
Sterile self-adhesive Island dressing is made of spunlaced non-woven fabric or polyurethane film coated withspecial medical acrylicadhesive, with non-adherent cotton absorbent pad in the middle .It has good sealing and barrier property,moisture permeability,air permeability.also it is waterproof .

Competitive product-High Permeable Pu film transparent dressing
The transparent dressing is a transparent film dressing that can breathe with the skin. It is made of high permeability polyurethane film and special moisture permeable medical acrylic adhesive through special coating process.
The studies have shown that the water vapor volatile quantity of normal human skin is 240-1800 g/㎡/24h/37℃ within 24 hours. If the moisture permeability of polyurethane film is lower than the moisture volatilization rate of skin, the water vapor may accumulate between skin and dressing.
