Product Description


 


EN818-2  Grade 80 lifting chain is lifting short link chains, through heat treated and hardened 38-42HRC, which is used for lifting purpose. We use high qualified alloy steel to produce G80 chains (Mn alloy steel), all G80 chains will be approved by 6-meter proof load test, breaking link rate is 1/10000, which exceed industrial level 6/10000. 


 


Chain Material: 20Mn2A, 25MnV, 23MnNiCrMo54 etc


Production standard:EN818-2


Chain grade:G80


Hardness: 38-42HRC


Safety factor:6 meter breaking load test, 2.5 times proof load test, 4 times safety factor.
