The special tip for Tecan automation system, its specification is 1000ul, with filter element, 96 pieces in natural color box,high-quality medical grade PP material. rainbow uses state-of-the-art production processes, integrated quality control procedures and high-quality raw materials for tip materials and molds.
1.Smooth inner surface: The unique process technology ensures that the suction head has a smooth inner surface and greatly reduces the amount of liquid residue.
2.Super Hydrophobicity: The porous tissue of the filter tip is filtered to ensure the best performance, and it has super
hydrophobicity, forming a strong barrier to aerosols and eliminating the risk of sample cross-contamination.
3. The packaging is firm: the outer packaging of high-strength blister material, the wall thickness is enlarged, anti-impact,anti-dropping, ensuring the integrity and safety of the product under harsh transportation conditions.
4. Good airtightness and strong adaptability: the structure mapping is carried out according to the original factory adapter,and the mature injection molding process ensures that the product has good airtightness and adaptability, and improves the mechanical accuracy of the product in work degree.
