Q1 : How can I get a price quote?
A: For most projects, once we know: 1. Size, 2. Quantity, 3. Shipping address, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
Q2 : Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, We will make digital sample for yout to confirm before productions. A proof sample making usually takes 1-7 days. And shipping to you will be about 1-2 weeks.
Q3 : How long will it take to receive my products?
A: As a general rule, it will take 1-3 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products. Within 48 hours for stock items.
Q4 : Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept custom orders less than 50 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a bigger quantity reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
