Machine description of big bag unloading station
This unloading system is also called bulk bag unloader, which is specially designed to provide a simple, clean and economical way to unload the entire contents of bulk bags and semi-bulk bags. It is suitable for almost any unloading or weighing application that uses bulk bags. Can be unloaded from bulk bags, jumbo bags, super bags or FIBC. The actual unpacking speed can be 5-8 times higher than the manual unpacking speed. The large baggage unloading system can achieve a high emptying rate of over 99.9%. For some materials with good fluidity, the emptying rate can reach more than 99.95%.
-Lift the big bag to the equipment inlet by forklift or electric hoist;
-Manually or automatically open the discharge port of the ton bag;
-Open the flow valve and assisted by the vibration device to push the powder or granular materials (in the ton bag) by gravity into the hopper to complete the unpacking and unloading work.
