Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries.
The principle is: under the vacuum condition, constant temperature heating makes the rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, the material forms a large area film on the bottle wall, and evaporates efficiently.
Solvent evaporation is cooled by high-efficiency glass condenser, recycled and collected in bottles, greatly improving the evaporation efficiency, especially suitable for the concentration and purification of high-temperature and easily decomposed biological substances.
