We are the only factory who has our own tungsten blanks factory and at the same time operating tungsten jewelry factory in China.
Tungsten Powder
The component of the powder we use is around 85.7% tungsten Carbide, 9.5% nickel, 1.8% tantalum, 1.5% titanium and the rest 1.5% including Chrome, Nb etc. We guarantee all our products are cobalt free, they are safe to wear in daily life.

We supply tungsten blanks to around 2/3 other tungsten jewelry factories in China. We can guarantee we are able to manufacturer the tungsten jewelry for our clients at the lowest possible price because we produce the tungsten blanks by ourselves.

Diamond Grinding Wheels and Heads
Our factory can make any tungsten rings in the market. The different diamond grinding wheels used to make different tungsten rings. The diamond grinding heads are used to control the ring sizes and make the inside to comfort fit band.
Shape control machine
We use this machine to make different styles of tungsten carbide rings such as stepped styles, domed band styles, pipe cut styles, grooved styles, concaved style, sandblasted styles etc.
Width control machine
Taking 8mm width ring as example, the tungsten blanks will be among 8.2-8.3mm in width, we use this machine to control it in 8mm width.
Rings after rolling
After rolling 12 hours, the rings are easy to polish.
Outside polished machine
This machine is used for polishing the outside of the rings.
Stepped polished machine
This machine is used to polish the stepped edges.
Inside polished machine
This machine is used to polish the inside of the rings.
Finished products machine
This machine is used to make finished products such as beveled edges rings, faceted rings, inlay rings etc.
Brush making machine
This machine is used to make brushed finish rings.
Quality control
Each ring will be inspected strictly before packaging to make sure our clients receive the perfect products.
Laser engraving machine
Our factory has our own engraved machine, we can do custom engraving for our clients free.
