 KEYFOOD waffle machine is used to make waffle  automatically. The mixed slurry is deposited on the plates, processed as depositing, baking, conveying, sterilization ,cooling and auto arranging & packing, the waffles are ready for customers.

Part 1 Introduction

The waffle production line which is  able to produce the soft waffle, capacity can be 50molds, 60molds and 80molds etc. The waffle machine in  China has the fashion design, full automatic controlled and 8 kinds of chinese patents. It is popular since 2009 in production, and the feedback most are good and satisfied by the customers.
1. All the electrical materials for the waffle production line had used the electronics which meeting the CE requirement, and all the parts used the 304 stainless steel which touch the products except the baking plates.
2. The heat-insulatied door of baking oven choose 1.2mm thickness of sheet metal materials. 
3. Air switches and contactors of all the machines choose famous brand.
4. Relay of machines choose famouse brand.
5. Baking oven have safety warning devices. 
6. Driving parts of machine are equipped with safety devices.
