SZS Sries Oil-Gas Fired Boiler
Based on sophisticated oil-gas fired boilers production experience, our SZS sries oil-gas fired boilers are used for ecological power generation through years of cooperation with famous domestic scientific research institutions and universities. Based on the operation data of the company’s existing oil-gas fired boilers, we have developed the latest condensing oil-gas fired boilers which is high-efficient, energy-saving and environmental friendly. The latent heat of vaporization is recovered by using a large amount of water vapor contained in the flue gas after natural gas combustion, so as to improve the boiler efficiency to more than 100%. A variety of products of the company have won the title of “energy efficiency star” of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, obtained a number of national patents, and the technical level is leading in the boiler industry.

Unique Structural Design
1. SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure.
The boiler adopts the idea of furnace design, which makes it burn completely and not easy to deposit carbon. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, sufficient output and low NOx emission.
2. The boiler adopts self-supporting structure to save steel frame and space.
3. The economizer and condenser adopt reasonable spiral finned tube structure, and the heat exchange mode adopts countercurrent heat exchange, which has good heat transfer performance.
4. The condenser is made of special ND steel with good cold resistance and corrosion resistance, which greatly improves the service life of the boiler.
5. Reasonable flue structure and smoke box drainage structure help to make the condensate water easy to be discharged, collected and treated.
6. Large scale assembly and supply to reduce the workload of on-site installation.
7. The economizer and condenser can be placed on the upper part of the boiler according to the site conditions.

Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection
1. The boiler adopts the idea of furnace design to reduce the furnace volume heat release rate, and with the professional burner, the NOx emission is as low as less than 30mg/Nm³.
2. 99% of the natural gas is methane (CH4), which contains a large amount of hydrogen (H). The flue gas after combustion contains a large amount of water vapor. Through theoretical calculation, the share of water vapor in the flue gas is about 18%, if the water vapor is condensed into water to recover the latent heat of vaporization in it, the heat recovery is about 5%, and the boiler efficiency can be improved to more than 100%.
