1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are an ISO certified manufacturer of primary packaging for cosmetics, personal care, home care and pharmaceutical industries.
2.What’s your sample policy?
We offer stock samples for free. We charge a sample production fee for custom samples and it will take 7-15 days to produce them. You will need to pay for the sample shipping fee.
3.What’s your MOQ?
The MOQ for most of our products is 10,000/sku. Some products require higher MOQ and for certain products, we can accept a mixture of different products or printings to meet the MOQ. Please contact our sales representatives for the MOQ for specific products.
4.What shipping incoterms do you offer?
We can do EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. For DDP and DDU, we can ship by sea or by air.
5.What’s your lead time for mass production?
For most of our products, the lead time for mass production is 30-35 days. However, if printing or other decoration options are needed, the lead time will be longer.
6.Can you print on the bottles and jars? What other decoration options do you offer?
Yes, we can print directly on bottles and jars with silkscreen printing and hot stamping. We also offer other custom decoration options such as labeling, spray painting, frosting water transfer printing, anodizing and electroplating etc.
7.Can you offer custom made products which are not in your catalog to us? Can you offer OEM service?
Yes, we have over 14 years of OEM service experience and have designed and manufactured a wide range of custom products. If custom molds are needed, our design and engineering team will develop them according to your specific needs together with our mold experts.
8.How can you ensure the quality of your products?
We always put quality first. From incoming raw material inspections, and the production process, to the quality control of the final product, our IQC, IPQC and OCQ staff follow each step strictly with a systematic measurement for quality assurance.
