The programable automatic large rectangular core coil tape wrapping machine (SS300RT-01) adopts the big wrapping shuttle and precise digital controller. This rectangular tape taping machine is an accurately and reliability digital rectangular automatic insulation tape winding machine. This tape wrapping machine be named reactor core insulation tape wraping machine also. This type tape taping machine is used for wrapping the insulation tape, insulation film, insualtion textile tape, insulation glass fiber tape, insulation epoxy tape, insulation crepe paper on the rectangular core and winding. This insulation tape wrapping machine is best suited to wind the tape on the rectangular inductor, transformer, current transformer, coil, choke coil, power magnetic coil, heavy steel core, magnet core, amorphous ribbon core etc. .

1. Adopt the big wrapping shuttle to wrap the insulation tape, and interchangeable different size taping shuttle(magazine) for different dimensions core or coils and different size tapes, so that to reduce the cost.
2. Hi-tech taping shuttle for highest efficiency.
3. Separate control speed for loading and winding tape.
4. Accurately count length of loading by limited-switch.
5. Accurately count turns of taping by photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable taping direction, taping returns range (Turns or Angle) and segment taping angle.
7. Accurately tape spacing by programmable controller.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 29 sets programs with off-power memory retention.
