 A:  Yes, free samples are provided if you have a freight collect number such as DHL, UPS, TNT. For OEM products, the sample fee will be refunded.

Q4. Can we put our logo or company name on the products?
 A: Sure. Most of Sunrise's products are OEM. Silkscreen, heat transfer, decal, spraying, electroplate, etching, hand cutting, embossed logo, debossed logo, and other decorative techniques can be adopted according to client's logo requirement.

 Q5. What format of the file do I need if I want my own design?

A: You can provide with PDF, AI, and JPG. Our own designer will make the 3D drawing for your confirmation.

 Q6. What's your lead time?     

A: For samples, it takes 5-7 days. For production, 25-35 days based on your quantity and design.

A: T/T, Western Union, L/C, or others according to your requirements.

Packaging:

1. Safety Packaging:

1)Sunrise's staff will inspect your requested products one by one and then pack them in a brown inner case, normally 6pcs/brown inner box, 48pcs/carton.

2) Place them in 5-layer standard export carton to be ready for shipping.

2. Individual packaging: a single brown box, white box or gift box depending on different glassware (Customized).

Shipment:

1. For samples: By express(DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT) 
2. For mass goods: By sea, by air, door to door, land transportation
