1200L/H Continuous Ice Cream Freezer
BBL-1200L/H Continuous Ice Cream Freezer is the best machine for large-scale cold food production. All accessaries/ devices are fixed on a stableand integrated stainless steel frame. It is easy for operation, the cooling system is consistedof congealing cylinder, 2 scroll compressor, 2 high effective condensers, 1 economizer, 1 expansion valve and other kits. The machine use R404 refrigeration for running at a low temperature, this function is the same as using Bipolar compressor, but more stable. The machine mix the purified air with ice cream to get wanted expansion rate and cooling the both in the same time so that make out a ropy ice cream and offer enough pressure to push the ice cream through cylinder to exit.
