Semi-Automatic Making Machine is suitable for producing boards in all shapes. Over 80% raw materials are imported, the Isosport topsheets are imported from Austria, the Crown base are from Germany, the C.D.W steel edges are imported from Germany. Besides, our factory is equipped with advanced equipment, including burrstone mill, steel edge bending machine, forming press, digital printer, etc.

Factory occupies 10,500 square meters, owns about 50 professional workers. Capacity of snowboard and mountain ski--3000 pieces/month, cross country ski--5000pairs/month. Workshops are equipped with all sets of equipments, range from Wood processing, Topsheet & Base Printing, Press Toolings, Base grinding and Products Packing.
Products include snowboard, alpine ski, cross country skis, skiboard, dual snowboard, forest hunting ski and accessories. With experience cooperating with world top ski brand, strict QC system was developed at our factory. Quality No. 1 is always our principle. OEM and ODM orders are available, customizing includes your logo, graphics, mold design and other special request.
