Nomex Honeycomb Core
The nomex honeycomb core is made of nomex paper which owns excellent physical, flame retardant phenolic resin, It has high fatigue resistance and anti chemical corrosion ability ,the excellent dielectric and rader conductive property as well. Nomex honeycomb laminated structure is broadly applied to aircraft , high vessel and train, radar etc.

1.Q:Could you Custom-tailor?
  A:We can manufacture products according to customer’s request ---- for the specified size and density. And we are also willing to research and develop together with potential clients new honeycomb products of the different materials and different workmanships.
2.Q:How does your company control the quality of your products?
  A:We strictly inspect all production processes. Operations are strictly guarded before entering the next procedure. Prior to packing, our professional quality inspector checks every piece of the product. The QC supervisors inspect the work regularly. Our entire quality inspection staff takes specific training courses. We control the quality of our products is done according to the standards of the QA/QC Introduction (ISO9001:2000).
3.Q:Which payment term do you accept? 
A:We accept T/T in advance, normally our payment term is 30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance 70% in T/T before delivery.
