Description of AgCuTi silver brazing paste.

Our company has independently developed and successfully produced silver solder paste suitable for brazing of diamond and cemented carbide, especially for brazing of single crystal diamond and cemented carbide. The melting temperature is about 820 ℃, which is suitable for brazing in furnace.

 

 

 

Ag Cu Ti system solder contains "Ti" active elements.

When brazing with active solder, the protection of active elements is a very important aspect. These elements are very easy to oxidize, and can no longer react with ceramics after being oxidized.

Therefore, the vacuum degree of the furnace is required to be very high, less than 10e-2.

1. Avoid strong cold or hot environment, the recommended storage temperature is 2-10 ℃;

 

2. Avoid storage near open fire or high heat sources;

 

3. Use the stock solder paste in the order of "first in, first out";

 

4. Validity period: 90 days for needle tube and 180 days for can
