LLDPE Granules
LLDPE is usually formed by copolymerization of ethylene with higher alkenes such as butene, hexene, or octene at lower
temperatures and pressures. LLDPE polymer produced by copolymerization has a narrower molecular weight distribution than ordinary
LDPE, and has different rheological properties due to its linear structure. LLDPE melt flow characteristics to meet the requirements of the new process, especially the film extrusion process, can produce high quality LLDPE products. LLDPE is applied to all the traditional markets of polyethylene, with enhanced elongation, penetration, impact and tear resistance, making LLDPE suitable for film production. Its excellent environmental stress cracking resistance, low temperature impact resistance and warping resistance make LLDPE attractive for tube, sheet extrusion and all molding applications.
