1、 Sodium hypochlorite generator
Sodium hypochlorite generator is a device to generate sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolysis
of brine, is composed of salt dissolving device, filtering device, salinedilution device, electrolytic electrode
assembly, rectifying power supply, automaticcontrol system, storage and adding components, made of
pure sodium hypochloritesolution is a strong oxidizing agent, has a strong bactericidal and bleaching ability,
is the most widely used disinfectant, mainly used in the disinfection of drinking water disinfection, food
processing, industrial or power system circulating waterdisinfection, hospital or sewage treatment and
disinfection.
2、The principle of sodium hypochlorite disinfection
Sodium hypochlorite is hydrolyzed to hypochlorous acid, sodium hypochlorite and further decompose
to a new ecological oxygen [O], new ecological oxygenstrong oxidizing property.The cell and virus protein
substances such asdegeneration, leading to death of pathogenic microorganisms.

Composed of automatic sodium hypochlorite generator system
A. After a large amount of salt is put into the salt-dissolving tank, tap water enters the salt-dissolving tank to dissolve the salt to form saturated brine (concentration 25%~30%).
B. The saturated brine is pumped out by the proportioning pump, and after online proportioning with the tap water, dilute brine (2.5%~3%) is formed and enters the electrolyzer.
C. After the dilute brine is electrolyzed, sodium hypochlorite solution (concentration about 0.5%) and trace hydrogen are formed.
D. The sodium hypochlorite solution is stored in the storage tank, and the hydrogen exhaust fan pushes the air into the storage tank, and the hydrogen is diluted by the air and discharged to the outside through the pipeline.
E. The dosing pump pumps the sodium hypochlorite solution to the dosing point.
F. After the acid liquid in the acid tank is pumped out by the proportioning pump, the electrolytic cell is regularly pickled to ensure the service life of the electrolytic cell.
