Q:How to order?

A:Inquire→ Quotation→ Invoice→ Payment→(Making mold)→(Samples)→Production→ Package→ Delivery→ Customs → Received.

Q:How do you control the product quality?

A:We have two professional quality teams in place to control our production quality as well as to fulfill our customers and to comply with ISO9001 requirements. 

Q:What is the order lead time?

 A:Usually, the lead time is within 25-30 days upon in receipt of the deposit and sample approval. If urgent, we are willing to speed up for the order !

Q:What is payment method?

A:TT, L/C, Paypal, Western Union etc. Payment range from different countries and district.

Q:Do you accept special product design or packaging?

A:Yes, we would accept OEM/ODM design for both product itself and packaging as we have a professional design team who is able to design products in according to the special requirements.

Q:What is the MOQ?

A:The MOQ is 1000 in normal case but we would accept special case when necessary.  

Q:What is the payment terms?

A:30% deposit in advance, then 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Q:Do you have warranty for products?

A:We will accept defective item returns within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement, or you can send it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
